The Chief Spokesman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential Campaign Organisation, Dino Melaye, has mocked the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, over his action at the Chatham House in London.

Platinum Post earlier reported that Tinubu spoke on Monday at the Chatham House lecture titled: ‘Nigeria’s 2023 elections: In conversation with Bola Ahmed Tinubu’.

He sparked mixed reactions after assigning members of his team to answer some of the questions he was asked at the United Kingdom Think-Thank institute.

After delivering his speech at the event, the former Governor of Lagos State was questioned by the audience on issues regarding security, economic and foreign policy.

In response to the questions, Tinubu surprisingly picked former Lagos State Commissioner for Information, Dele Alake, Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, and Cross River State Governor, Ben Ayade to answer the questions.

The APC flagbearer also delegated a former Commissioner for Finance in Lagos State, Wale Edun, to respond to a question on how he would boost the economy if elected.

Also, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila; former Ekiti Governor, Kayode Fayemi; APC National Women Leader, Betta Edu, answered questions at the event.

Reacting to the development in a video posted on his social media pages, Melaye mocked Tinubu for assigning some of his team to answer questions directed to him, describing him as a “question distributor”.

The former Kogi Senator also berated the APC flagbearer for failing to attend the Town Hall meeting organised by Arise News, adding that Tinubu was afraid of answering some controversial questions.
