Eid el-Fitr: Community health practitioners tasked on humanitarian services

The National President, Association of Community Health Practitioners of Nigeria’, Alhaji Kabir Mohammed has felicitated with Muslims faithful on the occasion of this year’s Eid el-Fitr celebration
In his sallah message in Abuja, Mohammed advised them to use the occasion in praying for continuous peace and corporate existence of the country.
He also enjoined them to continue to imbibe the lessons of Ramadan in all their endeavour to attract God’s favour and blessings.

“We thank Almighty Allah for the successful completion of this year’s Ramadan fast therefore as we celebrate the Eid-el Fitri which signified the end of the holy month, my Muslim brothers and sisters should endeavour to put into practice what they have learnt during and after this celebration” He stated
The National President used the occasion to advice all community health practitioners nationwide to be more committed to humanitarian services in line with their professional callings of saving lives and ensuring the well being of patients.
He equally called on them to be committed to their duties and always contribute their quota to the development of the nation’s health sector.
“Our major duty is to safe lives through quality health services to our patients in the primary health care centres, so let’s continue to take our job very seriously and report to duty on time for the sake of humanity and for the betterment of the society” Alhaji Mohammed stressed
According to him, the task of repositioning the country’s health sector required the support of community health practitioners.
He added that the Association on it’s part would continue to do its best in ensuring standards among members and check quackery towards protecting the nation’s health sector.
