2023 presidency: ‘Why Atiku will floor Wike’

Rivers Federal lawmaker and governorship aspirant in Rivers, Farah Dagogo has said that Atiku Abubakar’s candidacy as flagbearer of the PDP is already foreclosed.
He said that the attention now is on how to wrestle power from the All Progressive Congress, APC.
He rejected Governor Nyesom Wike’s presidential aspirant under Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, saying it would not fly.

Farah, who is representing Bonny-Degema federal Constituency in the House of Representatives in a statement, said majority of the members of the party were in support of the former Vice President.
According to him, his support for the Adamawa State born politician was unshaken, as he is the most qualified and experienced to lead the country in 2023.
“My support for the former Vice President and Waziri Adamawa, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is unshakeable. Atiku Abubakar’s candidacy as PDP flagbearer is already foreclosed. Attention is now on how to wrestle power from the All Progressive Congress, APC and rejig the country’s failing economy.
“Majority of PDP members, including my humble self are however in support of Atiku and that is what matters,” he said.
