Mamuda Group launches ‘soft drink’ company in Kano, unveils Ahmed Musa as brand ambassador
One of the fastest growing business enterprises in the country, Mamuda Group of Companies, has commissioned a new beverages factory in Kano State.
The factory will produce a brand of carbonated soft drink named ‘Pop Cola’.
A press statement by the group of companies, said the new product is in conformity with international standard.
It added that the factory, which was commissioned by Governor Abdullahi Ganduje alongside the Emir of Kano, Aminu Ado Bayero, was well positioned to contribute to the economic development of the state as well as meet customers’ need.

The group of companies, which also named popular Super Eagles star, Ahmed Musa, as its brand ambassador, commended Governor Ganduje, the Emir of Kano and other dignitaries that witnessed the commissioning of the factory.
“The company with over 11,000 workforce has been expanding its business out-reach in commitment to providing every entity with the tools and resources together with the central functional support to enable development and economic growth of Kano State and the nation in general.
“The new factory was commissioned by Kano State Governor Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje in collaboration with the Emir of Kano Aminu Ado Bayero, among other important dignitaries in the manufcturing industry in the country.
“We thank you all for making the commissioning of the new factory a success.
“lt is the company’s great pleasure to announce that it has also unveiled Nigerian Super Eagle’s football star Ahmed Musa as its brand ambassador,” the group said.
