Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State has expressed shock over the death of the government house cameraman, Musa Sagagi.
Late Sagagi died on Saturday morning after brief illness at his residence in Kano metropolis.
In a statement by Abba Anwar, Chief Press Secretary to Ganduje, the governor said “the shock of his death will remain with us for a very long time.”
He described the deceased as “somebody who believed in self-independence and a very caring family man.”
“Ours is to keep on praying for his reposed soul. It is therefore on behalf of the government and people of Kano state, that I am sending our condolences to his family. May his soul rest in perfect peace, ameen,” the governor was quoted as saying in the statement.
He then commiserated with the family, friends and colleagues of the late cameraman, whom he also described as honest and dedicated worker.
