Human rights activist and former Kogi West senator, Dino Melaye, has described Saturday Kogi State’s Local Government election as virtual exercise, saying materials for the poll were no where to be found in many places.
The chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) said the local government election was designed to flop as even areas that were lucky to get voting materials could not get what was adequate for electorates to exercise their franchise.
