
Rights activist and convener of Concerned Nigerians, Deji Adeyanju, has lamented the present situation in the country.
The outspoken Kogi State-born activist, bared his mind on the prison term of former National Publicity Secretary of People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Olisa Metuh, in a tweet on Saturday.
He expressed surprise that the person that allegedly gave Metuh the money that landed him in jail is at home while the former PDP spokesman continue to languish in jail.

PlatinumPost reports that Metuh was in February sentenced to seven in prison by Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court, Abuja.
He was charged by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) alongside his company, Destra investment, for money laundering and diversion of funds he received from the office of the former National Security Adviser (NSA), Sambo Dasuki (rtd).
