
The presendential candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP) in the 2019 general elections, Kingsley Moghalu, says he warned the Igbo people of South-East Nigeria that the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) would not zone its candidate for Presidency to the zone in 2023.
Moghalu’s statement comes on the heels of recent permutations that the major opposition party will zone the presidential ticket to the North in order to clinch the exalted office lost in the 2015 election.
But the YPP ex-presidential candidate said there was no oita of truth in the promise by PDP in 2019 that the South-East will get the ticket, describing the promise as 419.
