The Nigeria Police Academy Wudil, Kano has fixed a date for the reopening of the college.
The commandant of the institution, Assistant Inspector General of Police, Zanna Ibrahim Mohammed who made the announcement of the reopening of the college said approval for the commencement of academic activities was given by the Minister of Police Affairs, Maigari Dingyadi.
Mohammed said that the school activity resumes effective 1st of November 2020, warning cadets should report immediately to avoid sanctions for lateness.
He further urged cadets to make arrangement for face masks in their course colours and be ready to abide by NCDC protocols.
The commandant revealed that screening exercise for RC 8 is suspended until further notice in line with JAMB circular (which directed all post UTME screening be conducted after Nov 18) because of the ongoing NECO examinations.
He advised all shortlisted candidates to await a new date for the exercise.
